Rules for Submissions and Messages:
Responsibility for what is posted in the discussion groups or other public forums lies with each user--you alone are responsible for the content of your messages, and the consequences of any such messages. You agree not to use the sites in any way to send or submit materials:

- that might create liability for us or might cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our Internet service providers or other suppliers;
- that interfere with the ability of others to enjoy our site;
- that impersonate any other person or entity, whether actual or fictitious, including impersonating an employee of Biodieselbasics.com; or
- that link to or include descriptions of goods or services that: (i) are prohibited under this Agreement; or (ii) you do not have a right to link to or include.

All items purchased from Biodieselbasics.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRICING

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be miss-priced. If we discover a miss-pricing, we will do one of the following:
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
