You can return your online purchases to us for a full refund or for an in-store credit if the book has not been read or used.
 
Here's How It Works!
 

Returning to Biodieselbasics.com:

• We'll refund your online purchase if you:
• Return new books not opened or read, unopened CDs, cassettes, VHS tapes, DVDs, all textbooks, and prints and posters in their original condition.
• Include your packing slip or email notification and completed returns form or provide the following information by email: name, address, email address, phone number, order number, and reason for return.
• Return within 15 days of the shipment date listed on your packing slip or email notification.
• Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before shipping merchandise back.  This is obtained by emailing Sales@biodieselbasics.com with the following information: email: name, address, email address, phone number, order number, and reason for return.  No returns will be accepted with out a RMA number.
• We cannot be responsible for packages lost  or damaged during return. Therefore, we highly recommend that your return be sent as an insured package. The credit for your return will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase. It may take up to two credit card billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
• If the merchandise is received and has signs of use or damage (book has been read, binding creased, cover scuffed, or any other signs that it has been read or not in new condition and not able to be sold again as new) you will receive a discounted credit.  We will notify you of the amount to be credited and if it is not acceptable, you may choose to have the book returned you with you paying the shipping.  You must reply to our email stating that you accept the amount being credited before the credit will be processed.

Note:

• Shipping charges are not refundable.
   
• Returns made to Biodiesel Basics will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.

• Damaged or used books will not receive a full refunded and discounted based on the amount of damage or use.
   
• Bulk orders of 5 copies or more are not returnable to Biodiesel Basics.
