Shipping and Deliveries
Are all levels of shipping service available to any part of the world?
No. For example, express shipping is not available to a Post Office Box and is not available in all countries. Please check with us by email if you want to ship to a PO Box. A street address is preferred.
What is the best way to ship internationally?
The cheapest shipping method is US Postal Service, although UPS is available also. Please check the shipping cost using each method before ordering. If other methods are desired, please email Sales@biodieselbasics.com with your request and a quote.
When should I expect to receive my package if it ships to a location outside the United States?
Shipments to locations outside the United States can vary.
What shipping methods are available to P.O. Box addresses?
Orders shipping to a P.O. Box have two delivery methods to choose from: Standard Delivery or Priority using US Post Office. These methods are also available to APO/FPOs, and orders shipping to AK, HI, PR, USVI, Guam, and other U.S. Protectorates.
What are Business Days?
"Business Days" are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office.
Canada: Delivery Time and Shipping Rates
Covers all Canadian addresses. The Canadian Goods and Services Tax (GST) has not been added if due, and could be more than $35 using UPS. Check with Canadian shipping service used. We are not responsible for a duty or import tax or UPS or USPS brokerage fee; it is your responsibility to pay and is not included in shipping fee on order. If shipment is refused, you will be only refunded the cost of the book minus any shipping fee to return the book to us.

Customs/Import Duties and Local Delivery
On International orders, customs and import duties are applied once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and will vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Also check with the shipping method used, UPS or USPS, for specifics associated with using that method. We are not responsible for providing this information.
Biodieselbasics.com and its shipping partners are not able to influence local delivery practices. The arrival times shown for International shipping indicate the amount of time it will take for your order to reach your recipient's local post office. The time it takes to get your order from the local post office to your recipient's address can vary widely from country to country. Delivery may be delayed by customs/import duties and local postal requirements.
Insurance Cost on International Shipments
On International orders, insurance is only available on UPS and some USPS shipping methods (Airmail Parcel Post, Global Express Mail (EMS), and Global Express Guaranteed) and only for certain countries. When available we will include insurance if possible and available, but if insurance is not available or possible, a loss or damage to your book will not be covered and Biodiesel Basics will not be responsible for any replacement product. Therefore, choose your shipping method with this in mind so you will not be out the merchandise if it is lost or damaged.
