The workshops are being offered by the same authors of the book “Building a Successful Biodiesel Business” and have been offered at two locations, Ames, Iowa and Moscow, Idaho. The workshops could be offered at other locations in the future as demand dictates.

The next workshop is being offered in Ames, Iowa, in October 6-10, 2008 and after that in Moscow, Idaho on March 9-13, 2009 . This 5-day workshop includes lecture and labs with hands on training in the areas:

• business management for biodiesel producers
• biodiesel analytical methods
• biodiesel production technology

The workshop can handle a limited number of attendees and they have had to turn persons away and add their name to a waiting list. There have been multiple workshops offered over the past two years with over 500 participants from 18 foreign countries and 42 states.
